* A 3.5% Service Fee Will Be Charged For Credit Card Payments

Pizza for adults: $23 per pizza (includes water, Sprite, Coke and Diet Coke)

There is a MAXIMUM of 20 children per party
Bare or shoe covered feet ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of our rooms–please inform your guests ahead of your party
*Socks are required at ALL TIMES!*
Please be courteous to other parties and events that may be occurring. YOU MAY ARRIVE TEN MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PARTY TIME IN ORDER TO DECORATE.
*ANY ARRIVALS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PARTY TIME (INCLUDING ALLOTTED TIME FOR DECORATING) OR PAST THE ALLOTTED PARTY TIME WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $150 PER HALF HOUR*
*CANCELLATION POLICY: PARTIES CANCELLED 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 50% OF THE COST OF THE PARTY. PARTIES CANCELLED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE PARTY*
*Balloons with weights and a small banner can be accommodated at this time. Decorations including, but not limited to, balloon columns, backdrops, candy tables, etc. are NOT PERMITTED at this time. We appreciate your understanding.*
Food and drinks are permitted in the party room ONLY.
All children MUST have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian on file prior to entering the gym area.
Gratuities for our staff are appreciated and are NOT INCLUDED in the price.
Characters and pinatas are NOT PERMITTED in the facility.
In accordance with town fire regulations, Sensory Beans cannot permit the use of any heat orsmoke-producing machines or activity during your party.This includes but is not limited to: cooking machines/appliances; cotton candy machines; popcorn machines; incense or any powder and/or dust producing activity or machine.
